At Rustic Wild Arrow, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our photography garden. Please follow the steps below to secure your session:

Join Our Community
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to join the RWA Photo Garden Facebook group. This is where we post any last-minute cancellations, available dates, and important updates. The group is pinned at the top of our main Facebook page for easy access

Booking Inquiries
To reserve a session in the photo garden, please contact us via Facebook message or email at [email protected]. Information on when each season opens for bookings will be posted in advance.

Seasonal Scheduling
Our booking schedule is divided into two seasons:
•    Spring/Summer
•    Fall/Christmas
If you need a general timeframe for the year, feel free to request a booking schedule.

Booking Announcements
We update our Facebook group when the next season’s booking opens. A calendar with available dates will be shared one week before the official booking window begins.

How to Request a Session
Once booking opens, send us a message with your preferred date and time. Requests will be handled in the order they are received, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Checking Availability
If you’re looking for a last-minute opening, you’re welcome to message us anytime to inquire about availability. We regularly update our schedule and pin the latest availability to the top of our Facebook group for easy reference.
